WOMEN EMPOWERMENT: THERE IS NO LIMIT TO WHAT A WOMAN CAN REACH

Women's empowerment and the development of women's rights have grown into a powerful worldwide movement that has influenced new frontiers over the decades. Women's empowerment entails conferring authority to women in areas of society where they previously lacked it. It's a means of including people in decision-making when they previously had no input. They must be prohibited in this industry as a necessity.

Women who work must balance their home and family commitments with their work responsibilities. Women's lives are difficult, but they receive little or no recognition. There are many women who are incredibly bright and multitaskers but do not receive attention in society. Women's History Month is an occasion to reflect on the heroism of women throughout history and celebrate how their efforts and bravery have endowed women with the opportunity and freedom they have today. This refers to the process of releasing women and giving them the same rights that men have previously had.

Our women are empowered and continue to migrate, both within and outside of their homes, actively participating in the workforce as well as other sectors such as education, politics, and as local and global migrants. Women may attain their full potential when they live lives that are safe, fulfilling, and productive. They can contribute their abilities to the workforce while also raising happier and healthier children. They can also assist power sustainable economies while also benefiting society and mankind as a whole.

My sister and I, especially my mom are the people I consider empowered during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My sister and I had a hard time adjusting to the new normal mode of learning. Face-to-face social contacts which for many are the most significant aspect of education and the glue that links us all together have been digitized in the middle of these profound changes. The abrupt transition surprised us and made us nervous, but that didn't deter us; we didn't allow the changes to break us down; instead, the experiences strengthened us. My mother, who is a teacher and a frontline, has made several sacrifices throughout the pandemic. I consider her empowered because two crucial factors have shifted for teachers due to the pandemic. First and foremost, pedagogical adjustments have shown to be critical, as typical in-person lecturing methods do not translate well to a remote learning setting. Teachers must adjust their approaches and be innovative to keep students engaged, regardless of the type of channel utilized (radio, TV, mobile, online platforms, etc.). Second, the epidemic has changed how teachers allocate their time between teaching, connecting with children, and administrative responsibilities, which is why I am so proud of my mom and grateful to be her daughter.

Women play a vital role in society, particularly at home and in the family. Mothers and even daughters are responsible for doing household chores. They are supposed to take care of everything within the house, including laundry, cleaning, cooking, and serving all of the family members. In addition, they have obligations outside of the home. Without the assistance of women, we will not be able to survive and battle the virus during a pandemic. The majority of workers in the fields of medical and education are women. Possible since women have historically been the primary caregivers for their family's and community's health.

To economically empower women, we must guarantee that job opportunities are available. Domestic or unpaid care work obligations must be shared, and any legislative barriers that prevent women from engaging in community life must be addressed. Finally, we must promote community awareness through education and communication activities. These measures enable women to establish their own earnings.

In conclusion, there is no force more powerful than a woman who is determined to succeed. Compassion, empathy, communication, care, inspiration, and reassurance are all attributes that women contribute to teams. Women may convert closed doors into opportunities and introduce new and better ways of doing things by bringing their vision and participation to the table.
